Rebranding an independent recruitment consultancy.

Sharp&Carter were known by clients, candidates, and employees as providing a unique culture and support network at odds with the big recruitment dogs. But no-one saw it due to their traditional and frankly bland branding.

We found something unique to transform them: expressing their culture of common care to their audiences.
